Cancellation Policy
Deposit:
A NON-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be paid at the time of booking. Your deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred one time only if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No-call/no-show or same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Late Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• 10 minutes late = $15 late fee
• More than 10 minutes late = appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited
Before Your Appointment:
Please eat prior to your session, as there will be eating restrictions afterward. You will receive an after-care card with full instructions on how to properly care for your teeth following your whitening service.
